    "Only move here if you are retired. If you’re young and looking for any sort of life you’ll spend more time in the car than with friends. No grocery or pharmacy for 30+ mins either direction. Extremely remote. Close to the beach so that’s nice. Most people are extremely kind and friendly. The goat farm is adorable and amazing food. The air is clean as long as you don’t have allergies. Spiderwebs literally form over night, but it is a “to each their own” kind of thing. Personally if I were choose to move to a rural Bay Area location I’d choose La Honda or Montará. Same charm and character, but the scenery is much more beautiful and quaint to me: you’re surrounded by huge trees instead of flat plains. "
