"We have live here for 45+ years. It is a nice community with great retailers, restaurants and bars and a good community feel. It is very comfortable to live here. We know and recognize many friends and neighbors. "

"There is a taste of Park Ridge in the summer and there are always runs to do all season long. There is a farmer market that lasts through the summer till October. There are a lot of great restaurants up town that are always busy and fun to go to. There is music in the park and this year they had a BBQ fest. "

"Park Ridge has a great uptown area with shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation to downtown Chicago and it is next door to some of the best Chicago neighborhoods. It's close to O'Hare and the schools are great. Taxes are very high."

"Love this town!! And uptown is getting better and better with all these amazing restaurants. I’ve grown up here and the neighbors are always so friendly. I’ve rode my bike at such a young age by myself and never felt uncomfortable. The schools are great and people genuinely care here. "
