"Federal Hill. Lived here 3 years. Nice neighbors, feel safe, clean. Great place to walk or bike. Each house has about an acre of land. So lots of space. My house has a great view of nearby mountain ridge. And incredibly my quiet. Feels very rural but close to amenities. "

"We are part of Ward II Neighborhood Association which hosts events with local officials and politicians and promotes neighborhood cleanups, yard sales, community events, etc. Our neighborhood is very proud of our local high school which has an outstanding athletic program as well as music and drama."

"Quick and easy because it takes me three minutes to get to I81! The traffic to get to 81 is quick and flows easy. Mostly commuters live in this area, so we all understand the need to move and get going quickly!"
