5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a dropout factory. The district changes standards for graduation every other year making nearly impossible to graduate. Kids are harassed by the schools security guards who are heavy handed cornering kids in bathrooms and doing inappropriate searches even against district policy. My son was threatened by another student and the district did an investigation than damaged the police’s investigation which caused then perp to go in punished. If I had it to do over again I would have moved elsewhere.Parent Review1y ago - Sidney Glen Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers have been great to work with and everyone seems truly happy to be working there. Our sons teacher is always helpful and every chat we have had with other staff and teachers has been positive. My wife attended Sidney Glen and said its just as great as she remembers and some of the teachers are still there.Parent Review7mo ago - Explorer Academy

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI moved my daughter to this program in January of 2016 because of the school she was in I did not like the teacher she had and this was the only other option I had. Her first year there she had ms. Barb and she was amazing easy to work with and just so helpful. When I went on to go in to the next year it was so much trouble getting the books because no one had passed her along to the 4th grade even though she had passed all of her classes. With all of the straighten out we were good to start. The only problem I have is that in some areas the teacher says she is not doing as good as she was with every other teacher she has had. Still waiting to see what happens with all of this but for the most part my daughter loves learning again which is amazing she is really far ahead in most subjects and is doing amazing I love this program that we can do it on her own paceParent Review7y ago - Check out schools near 535 Forest Park St.
