"Home is within walking distance to elementary school, with jr high and high school bus provision. Park is approx 10-15 min walk, so is public beach/life guards, on lake Opeechee. Swimming in Paugus bay, is a 5 min walk down the street. Streets are dead ends, so limited traffic and quiet. Great restaurants,a convenience store, and small library within 15-20 min walk. Marinas and golf coarse close by, again within walking distance."
