Foundation piers installed this year as per engineer to stop house from sloping down hill. The living room, master bedroom, and middle bedroom all have vaulted ceilings. We're in the process of updating everything, but are willing to sell as is for someone else to make it their own. Will leave appliances except for washer and dryer.
