Living space is mostly on upper level with entrance and coat closet right inside front door. Only one entrance so most tenants feel super secure. Low-e windows help with utility bills. Lots of storage including a lockable storage closet in the garage that would be great for bike storage. Maximum occupancy is: 3.

12 month lease. Last month's rent can be pro-rated over 6-8 months, paid along with rent. I will work with you because I understand its expensive to move! Owner pays HOA which includes water/sewer, trash removal and outdoor pool so not a lot of extra tenant expenses. Small dog considered with extra deposit. Will consider "less than perfect" (but not awful) credit if all else including job and rental history, checks out. I'm a great landlord so long as tenants pays rent on time and takes care of the property. No drugs of any kind allowed. Maximum occupancy: 3.
