5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHow are kids supposed to retain information by having a 3 day weekend EVERY week. Cutting back school days is NOT a way to further our children's education. It seems the children have more time off than any other school district I've ever seen. Instead of learning something in school, they're out getting into trouble at an alarmingly early age. There's no entertainment in Camp Verde for our children, and more off days from school is not the solution. My math teacher lost more than a week's worth of homework, which I had proof of doing, and made me redone it. I was bullied and nothing was done. I couldn't handle a year there. They ridicule you if you choose to go to any other high school that's not Camp Verde. They wrongly accuse students of bad behavior and let the real culprits get away. Unless you plan on staying in Camp Verde your entire life, I wouldn't suggest this school. There are better options.Other Review6y ago

"I've lived in Camp Verde for many years. Most of the people here are friendly. If you are a Veteran or one of your family members are or was in any of the wars you could be eligible to become a member of the American Legion Post 93. The people there are great and always welcome new people with open arms. Camp Verde may be small but we have a huge heart. It's a great town to live in."

"I lived in camp verde for eight years. The people are Wonderful and it is so safe that I never had to lock my doors. I never worried about any gangs or crazy people. The wildlife is great. I learned so much about the animals, birds and the nature of things. What a wonderful to live."
