"Anything from sunny isles, and collings over the bridge is good. School district is eh, but try to get into Aventura. I recommend sunny isles, fl as close to eastern shores to enjoy the best the places have to offer. "

"It takes 1 hour to get to Fort Lauderdale. Traffic near the Aventura area is bad. It is very hard to get home from route 1 in the evenings. "

"I have lived in eastern Shores for 28 years and love the proximity to the beach, Belle Harbor, Aventura Mall, and of course the beautiful beaches six blocks up the road. very secure and friendly neighborhood local shopping with the local free bus to take you to 163rd Street Mall, Aventura Mall, Skylake Mall, guarded gays house and have always felt safe here."

"I live in this area since 2010 and I love it. Its location at the end of a cul-de-sac gives it extra privacy and security as the street ends at the security gate. Fast access to 163th, US1 and Collins. Costco, Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart nerby. Valero Gas station in the corner. "
