3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe administration here do not take action on the teacher's lack of educating their students because there is a teacher shortage. The superintendent never responded to my email stating the concerning lack of education and even interaction with students. The reading and writing as well as communication skills of majority of students are appalling. These students are being shuffled around until they are sent home again. Education is not on the agenda and it's a terrible shame! I was told not to interact with or give instruction to students but to just 'observe', however this was not in my job description and I can't sit back doing nothing when these students need help so badly! So no longer work there and am afraid to work at any campus in del norte county given the total lack of concern of HR and the district superintendent.Other Review4w ago - Del Norte High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf joe hamilton is such a great school why is there idea of dealing with specail needs children to send them home because specail needs is too needy. This schools overall performance is terable they are so concerned about the ublic outlook of the school they don't care about individual situations I would recomend not enrolling your student unless they are above and beyand their grade level or they will fall behind as the teachers don't care to provide that extra little omf to specail needs children 2 students ar the victims of this schools neglect on education they just turned 5 what kind of education system isn't equiped for 5 year olds with specail needs? I've been in coleges with classes for adults with a mental capasity of a 2nd grader this is this current school year 2013 - 2014Other Review10y ago - Check out schools near 363 8th St.

"We walk our dog daily, and so does everyone else. Everyone uses leashes. It is some pavement and some part of the street gravel. Some people have more than one dog. One homeowner has 6 jack russells and someone has three golden retrievers."

"I live on a beautiful, natural, free flowing river. The water comes from streams and springs that initiate in the coastal mountain range in Northernmost California. I have a pump that goes down into the river and pumps the water out and up into my house. I can swim in the river and get out , but never have to take a shower. The water is so beautiful. I can fish in a deep 42 ft pool behind my home. I look out a tree covered mountains, elk, deer, bears, otters, seals, etc. I can get on my Kayak and float down to the Pacific Ocean. As I walk along the street with my dog, I can pick blackberries and eat them. I take a deep breath of clean, clear, moist ocean air. "

"Although everyone seems to own a dog, there’s always a neighbor that hypocritically complains about your dog. It’s also very hard to find any renting places that allow dogs."
