5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is terrible. Reason for that is because most teachers and staff don’t care when students do bad things and they let it go unpunished. Most teachers are rude and put so much work into the students to finish in a very short time span that it gets extremely overwhelming. And the safety and emotional support at this school is also horrible. Not only does the staff not care or show any concern or regards of the students actions, the students affected by it also get shown no sympathy or care for. And for learning, most teachers make their students feel discouraged to learn. Basically do not go here.Parent Review1mo ago - Sahuarita Intermediate School

"Easy commute to Tucson, about 25 minutes north of Hwy. 19. Rush hour has some traffic, but not standstill, just more than a few cars. Non busy hours you’ll be on the road alone or with two or three other cars. Very easy access to Green Valley and beyond to Tubac or Nogales. "

"Dogs are a mainstay in Sahuarita and you’ll see all varieties walking with their owners in and around the parks. People are good about picking up after their dogs and the city is good about keeping poo-bags at various stations. Barking is occasional, never prolonged and folks are really great about keeping their pets on a leash when walking about."

"It’s close to Walmart and there is a park close by. Mostly people keep to themselves and don’t know each other. It seems like it’s mostly rental houses and there are constantly turnover of residents. Many kids and over-crowded buses that take the kids to over-crowded schools."
