        "It's the Fern Capital of the World. Nice quiet place to live. The kids sill play and ride their bikes in the road. The 4 of July party and fireworks are are better than most much larger cities. People still wave at you when you drive by. Daytona Beach Florida is only 25 minutes away. Disney world is only 45 minutes away. "
