It is safe, super clean and you don't need to leave Tradition for anything - great stores and banks and restaurants. I can't get over the fun family weekend activities/festivals put on in the Town Square. Our only complaints are that the restaurants are full on weekends so you have to plan ahead. No buses, but the walking/biking paths are all around so it makes it easy to live a healthy lifestyle. "
