9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am astonished to see that the school gets a 10 for equity on this site. This school is run by and caters to white Christian families only. It enforces incredibly rigid gender and racial stereotypes, and my gender expansive child has been bullied and made to feel unsafe. Leadership in the past has disciplined children for talking about families with same-sex parents, even though we know such families who attend the school. Teachers and the principal have ignored my child when she has brought up examples of children bullying a trans child. The health education is opt-in and is a joke. That seems to be district wide, though. Teachers talk about religion, and my kids are constantly pressured to attend church events. This includes students wearing clothing with the school logo and crosses handing out flyers on campus during school hours, even though the district voted to ban outside activities, specifically for the purpose of excluding LGBTQ groups. 10 of 10 do not recommend.Parent Review1mo ago - Clovis North High School

"Lots of great places to walk them and 2 dogs parks. One at Woodward Park and Todd Beamer Park. Be advised to keep them close and on a leash, as coyotes are sometimes nearby."
