Description
Concourse Village Area. Attention all builders. This property is now available for sale. This land with small improvement (3-car garage) is located within a residential district zoned R7-1 with maximum FAR of 3.44 allowing for a possible 11,005 square foot structure on the lot. The land is a "level" rectangular 3,199 square feet lot (28.32 ft x 113 ft) suitable for residential development and can likely be improved with a multi-family residential structure built to maximum density. It should be noted that although the maximum FAR would allow for a bulk of 11,005 square foot, erecting a building of such size on the lot may be restricted by building height, lot coverage, setbacks, parking, and other requirements set forth in the zoning regulation. All supporting facilities and amenities are located nearby. Owner is seeking all cash transactions with proof of funds.
