    "Commute is easy to downtown from Pickwick Park neighborhood. It is not necessary to get on interstate 95 or 295. Traffic moves at an acceptable pace. Pickwick park is conveniently located about 3 miles from the entrance to 295 and 5 miles from 95. I consider it to be one of the best neighborhoods in Jacksonville for accessibility."
