There is a lot of gossip and privilege that undermines the wonderful individuals here, staff and parents and even amongst kids. "Have lived here for more than 45 years . Easy access to two freeways (Highways. 13 and 24). Approx. 1.5 mi. to Montclair Village shops and restaurants. Great community involvement with on-line discussions and information sharing.. A wonderful, clean, and friendly upscale neighborhood for almost anybody. Average prices for homes ranges from around $850,000 to around $1.5 million. "
