"I wouldn’t call it unique. It’s old and run down. My specific neighborhood is fine and friendly enough, but the rest of the area can get pretty rough. "

"I have lived here with my family for 5 years. Good schools, great staff, and nice neighbors. It is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. There is a Pilates place just down the road. We are also within walking distance of the World's Largest Fork."

"Lots of dog friendly people but some people let their dogs and cats out loose with supervision and even though they’re usually friendly good dogs if you’re dogs aren’t super friendly or well trained might not be good to live in this area there are a lot of stray or lost dogs and cats as well "

"The crack heads are abundant. I can’t wait to move away. Definitely not a place to raise a family. The local park is over ran by tweakers and trashy people."

"Beautiful homes with character but they need work done on them. Keep an eye on their children. Double locks needs to be put on doors so the homes will be secured. "

"The grant beach pool and park is delightful summer place to take your children and stay with them. There is a charming Train kids love to tour."

"it's not we are trying to buy a house somewhere else. There is cops on our block everyday. It is not safe for the kids to play outside. there is always people yelling and fighting. We have been robbed twice since living here. there has been people walking in our back yard had to put locks on the gate. There is nothing good about this block the landlord does not even take care of the problems with the house. "
