Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
