"There are so many pedophiles that live in that area. There is trash in the area. The sidewalks are terrible to walk. It is not pet friendly for the yards are small and there is a road right next to the house. There are barely any good restaurants around or shops. Traffic is insane take hours to get into the neighborhood. The whole neighborhood jut a mess do not let them trick you. "
