3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a charter school that brings in kids from the inner city of Baltimore. Most kids hate it there. There's always a fight or several.A robbery happened last year at the homecoming game by a student. Most of the students carry weapons and are vaping (not just tobacco) and no one seems to do anything about it. Don't send your kids here!Parent Review8mo ago - Shady Spring Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was very happy with the teachers, and my son learned a lot in kindergarten and half the year in 1st grade before we moved. The problem was most of the parents were not involved. At our bus stop with 20 kids there were only 2 or 3 parents and the kids often got in fights and talked back to the adults and damaged people's property. When we transferred my son to Mays Chapel Elementary his behavior transformed. He stopped behaving aggressively and talking back and he said he can learn because there is no fighting there.Parent Review3y ago - Golden Ring Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a current student at GRMS and I'll be honest it is not the best like some private school or some really expensive school but we do get an education and that is all that matters. The staff have been nothing but nice to all of us and the students are not truly rude or disrespectful they are trying to fit in with the crowd and seem cool and fight to make themselves seem tough so that they can be like the "popular kid" and I have been bullied many times at this school but thats a part of life and it only makes you 10x better just be you honestly and be aesthetic to you and you'll generally be fineStudent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 9036 Tarpleys Cir.

"it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "
