"I live and work here in the wonderful area of the Dakotas of Wagon Wheel Canyon, west of the gates of Coto de Caza, California. It's a wonderful place! Has a "country in the city" atmosphere with fun parks, walking trails, horse trails, association pool and spa, and Toll Roads are close for easy commute. The main reason to live here is the low homeowners' association dues of only $203 per month! Outstanding! "
