"I have been living in this place for the last 12 years, and can confidently describe the area as quite family-friendly, with good neighbors. It's a quiet area to raise children and interact with neighbors who look out for each other, typical examples being during Sandy and the recent Winter snow storms. One couldn't wish to live anywhere else. "
