4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm a current student here and I'm shocked that SVMS has as many bad reviews as it does, but they all seem to be from YEARS ago. So I thought, why not give a newer perspective? I had some issues with bullying in my 6th grade year, but they were handled by staff as fast as possible. It took me a while to finally speak up about my problem, and nobody seemed to notice what was happening during the actual bullying. All I had to do was voice my issue to a teacher and it was taken care of. A piece of advice i would give to future students is to not be afraid to ask for help. Bad things like this could happen to any school, but SVMS staff's arms are always open wide.Student Review1y ago - Warren Hills Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePhenomenal school. The principal and teachers appear to have a great working relationship with one another and more importantly maybe, the kids. Parents are encouraged to be in the building with opportunities to help in the class or eat lunch with their kids.Parent Review11mo ago - Liberty North High School

"The neighborhood throws multiple parties throughout the year to bring a sense of connection between neighbors. Neighbors can be seen hanging out in their driveways together. The park is inviting for children of all ages, the pools are as well! We stay connected on our neighborhood website, in an attempt to ensure all is safe and sound. There are walking trails and ponds that provide additional activities. "

"It’s a great location. Our neighborhood is close to everything. We can get to the airport in 20 minutes and downtown in about the same amount. We are close enough to Liberty to get the small town feel but still in Kansas City for that larger feel. With all of that said the number one reason we live her me is the school district. "
