"This neighborhood really varies from block to block and even house to house. Some homes are pristinely kept up. Others only mow their “lawn” when the city posts a warning. Still, I love it here and I think things are getting better not worse."

"This neighborhood is within walking distance to Johnny Appleseed Park, Northside Park and the River Greenway. Restaurants, shopping and Parkview Hospital (Randallia) are very close-by. Everyone walks their kids and dogs, ride bikes and hang out in their yards"

Walk to library, 3 cafes, health food, fine dining, 2 bakeries. Located in the Education quadrant of the city with 5 schools in walking distance, three campuses nearby. Close enough to downtown, shopping, concert & nightlife venues. Public transportation within one block."
