- John K.

"I've been living here for five years now and really enjoy the lake in the back. The homeowners association is most definitely the worst part of living here. The woman in charge hands out notices to some homeowners for so called violations and while leaving others alone. She allows multiple families to live in the residences with up to five vehicles occupying visitor parking and sidewalks in the neighborhood. They do not enforce ordinances regarding dog defication and owner responsibility for cleanup. I have counted up to 25 stray cats roaming around that continue to reproduce and fight around the clock. "

"Good activities every holidays at clubhouse and the city of the cutler bay, we are near of Black point marina and south d mall and a lot of parks, south government center and art center too is a great city "
