"I have lived here for 7 years and I've enjoyed my neighbors, the cleanliness, trees, and grass. I t is a homeowner neighborhood that includes a neighborhood watch and the Waverly community council and more. There are people who run, walk their dogs and pick up their waste. We sweep the streets and sidewalks. We cut our grass and help our elderly neighbors."
