"I have lived in Marietta for the last 25 years. My husband and I raised our 2 kids on 2 acres of land. They enjoyed playing in the woods and not worrying about neighborhood bullys. They went to Thomas Jefferson Elementary and Trinity Christian Academy. They are grown, so It is just my husband and me now. We are enjoying the peace and quiet and nightly golf cart rides around the block. Life is great in Marietta!"

"The huge public park across the street is a great convenient feature, including the Olympic sized pool available all summer. The elementary school is right across the street and middle schools and high schools are within 5-10 min. driving time. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance away right around the corner. The rails-to-trails walking/biking trail is a few blocks away and is a great place to stretch your legs and enjoy a great view for miles. Just two minutes from the I-10 on ramp, you are only 10 minutes away from Riverside and all of downtown."
