"The neighborhood is the perfect distance away from the main City 9f Vacaville such that there are never crimes or suspicious activity occuing in the area making it very safe for kids and to have nightly jogs. "This is an upcoming area of Vacaville, there two big community parks coming here with in 5 minutes from each other. And one park call play4all is accessible by disables as well and that’s pretty sweet. And that park’s gonna have two ball parks, kids play area and a dog park. Other than that there’s gonna be a catholic school and a public school. Most of the stores are with in 10 minutes of drive. It definitely has pretty promising future. "

"All the schools are very ,very close We have a Gad station around the corner 7-Eleven also but it can be a lil too much with the apartments that are very close we have a few neighbors that don’t care about keeping it quite a bit so That can Be awful they like to cause a scene once or twice anyway we are pretty dam close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants over all pretty good quite neighborhood.."

There are two new parks coming with in 5 minutes walking distance and one of them is park4all, which has access for disabled people as well, it’s gonna have two ball parks and a dog park.
