4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 7th grader was constantly bullied in school this past year - his grades suffered due to this - when he asked for help it was suggested he go to outside therapy and not counselors. The extra curricula's and PTA effort are geared towards sports and other clubs are lucky to have same staff through the year. What Locals Say about New Rochelle
- Arys1293

"Since New Rochelle has been making all the new buildings, they have been removing all the mom and pop shops by making it so expensive or just kicking them out. The streets are so bad to drive in. They are removing all parking lots to build more buildings yet there’s no mall. The property taxes are so high, it isn’t worth it. Go to a better and safer school district in Westchester. "

"They would like the nearby parks, which dogs can go for a run and play with them. There isn’t any cons I can think of, maybe a lot of foot traffic in certain places which can be a problem if your dog is hard to handle and not well trained. But other than that great neighborhoods and parks to take your dog out for walks."
