"it is a very safe neighborhood all the neighbors look out for each other and are very friendly. the schools are of A rating more advanced and makes sure out students do great and set goals for the future. most students are well prepared for great universities like Ohio state. I love the police in our neighborhood, they are well respected and are always there when you need them."

"I work on the east side and the commute is terrible between 7am and 9am, and between 4-7pm. A 30 to 35 minute drive took me an hour and twenty minutes recently. "

"My neighborhood is the most affordable in Avon Lake. We do have a park up the street from us that currently is being used for construction storage. When the construction is done we are getting a new park and a splash pad. "

"Neighbors make an effort to build community and prioritize civility. Schools are excellent. It is on the lake with beaches and parks. There are arts and culture and farmers markets nearby as well as decent retail. There are good restaurants, including many independently operated. There is world class healthcare. There is a major airport within a 20 minute drive."

"There is plenty of places to walk the dog and the lake! I am not sure if there are dog parks in the town though. Just make sure to clean up your dog’s mess!"
