Top notch schools, excellent locally run utilities/high speed wifi.     "The area around Applewood Lane is a great area. Very pet friendly and close to trails and a community pond. Full sidewalks on every street. Lots of families in this neighborhood have children and the bus route to Southdale elementary and Peet JH comes thru though both schools are not too far for a drop off. Because this neighborhood has one outlet the traffic is very little and streets are wide for extra parking. Minutes from beautiful Main St where shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars against the river front. Less than 15min to several stores off HWY 58/Viking (Walmart, Target, Menards, Farm and Fleet, old navy ETC) with a few food joints as well. "
