    "This little pocket between the Arvada Arts Center and Arvada High School is quietly interesting. It's not a fussy or nosy neighborhood, but well-enough kept. We all respect each other's privacy and watch out for each other(and pets and kids)without interfering. I really like living here and only wish the area had a good walking and bike path (and fewer hills). I dream too that someday a real grocery would locate close enough to be reasonably walkable. "
