I am looking to rent an extra bedroom and private bathroom in my private residence for a period of time that is flexible (one month-one year). This would be a perfect opportunity for an adventurous type or someone who travels a lot for work or is on a temporary assignment in Salt Lake City. Tenant would have access to washer/dryer on the second floor, access to the gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, living room with fireplace, access to some storage space in the garage, access to fenced yard, BBQ grill, and deck space. I am located very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and world class skiing. Tenant pays their share of utilities on top of rent. The bedroom can either come furnished with a full size bed and bedside table or not furnished. Bathroom includes a modern toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub.

The sense of community at the school is great and as a parent I love to work alongside the other parents as we volunteer and I love volunteering in the classrooms. Our new principal Mr Nalwalker is really good at helping kids who struggle behaviorally to be motivated to improve. He is a great role model to the kids and they know he loves them. N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was in the early intervention program with the preschool for one year. From Aug/2017 to Sep/2018. He turned 4 on May/2018. I questioned diagnosis for ADHD or autism, and I was told he was too young to be diagnosed many times. I removed him from Jordan Valley as he was having no improvements with the delayed speech. He is currently in a daycare that was able to help him with the language and with the structure and routine he needs.I tried to contact my insurance for an autism diagnosis after discussing it with the pediatrician and I found out that insurance is obligated to cover diagnosis up to 3 years old, which made me really frustrated because I missed the opportunity. We started with the Early Child Development program when my son was 2 years old. A couple months ago I found a psychologist that was able to test him with my insurance and my son finally received the diagnosis..... He is turning 5 now.I would say that the Early Intervention Program has nothing about early or intervention. "Citizens are independent thinkers, value education, help each other, have community pride (neighborhood block parties, Butlerville Days, support local high school, marathons, 5K’s, etc.), support clean air, water conservation, maintaining green space, healthy lifestyles. "great. everyone treats you good they are caring amazing people. they don't gossip they have true compassion for their neighbors and when someone needs help their attentive. I love our community the church the kids and families are so loving happy good people it's a great place to live and the sound of the birds singing all morning and night it's so peaceful and beautiful. we love this area and you will too if you move up here it's amazing all thru the cottonwood Heights area. you will never find a more peaceful loving area when it comes to the people how much everyone takes care if their property and how good neighbors treat you. I love Lee and colleen they made us comfortable and we will miss them so much. God bless them all "

"I like Cottonwood Heights but I prefer Holladay area. The rental prices are too high in Cottonwood Heights For no reason the neighborhoods aren’t that different from each other. In fact Holladay has more to offer."
