"Belleair is a beautiful upscale community built around Belleair Country Club and Belleview Biltmore Country Club. Renovated 1950's homes are intermingled with newer homes in wonderfully blended and seamless neighborhoods. Gulf beaches are only a five minute drive over the Belleair Bluffs Causeway and nearby Clearwater offers incredible opportunities for dining and shopping."

"The township of Belleair is incredible when it comes to making the community safe and clean. Belleair has it's own Police force that patrols a small area. Thus keeping the area Free of crime and undesireables. I would recommend this area for anyone who has children for that reason. You can walk or ride your bike to the beach and it is a Golfers Paradise without the HOA."
