"In the northern part of Westerville in Genoa township it is very quiet and clean where the common spaces are well-kept and the school system is excellent. "A car is necessary here. COTA. access is a huge joke. There is very limited access from downtown Columbus to Chase and St Ann’s Hospital, but forget about public transport to Polaris or Uptown. "
