3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageJefferson is definitely racist; overt and "unconscious" bias. I'm selling my home just to get away from this school. I cannot handle another interaction with any of this staff.Parent Review1y ago - Lincoln Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLincoln is the sole reason I have remained in St. Charles R-VI schools. Julie Williams created an environment that is warm, positive and supportive with a familial setting. The children are accepted and happy. I sorely wish there was a 5th grade level here. The test scores are so high because of the leadership. This is consistently the highest ranking of the St. Charles schools in the district because there is a genuine love for children and education here. I couldn't thank the staff enough for their commitment to my children and niece. All of the other schools could use a lesson.Parent Review1y ago - St. Charles High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSegregation is over Saint Charles high school didn’t get the memo!! My next son was told he could not talk to his white friends through lunch and when he got upset saying it was racist he got suspended for one day black kids can go where white kids can but But not without disciplinary action ridiculous as a parent I’ve never seen so much racism and it’s been happening through the middle school all the way to the high school if you have black kids just avoid it they don’t need the mental anguishParent Review1y ago - Hardin Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is very City of St. Charles School District. The teachers work here for Tiktok and Instagram pumpkin spice posts or begrudgingly because they can't do anything else (one teacher marked my child straight zeros without viewing his online assignments, you should not have to babysit the teachers for them to to their job). They make too many tax payer dollars to fail the way they are. All of the money is spent on building upgrades instead of programs or nullifying fees.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 700 S 4th St.

"Everyone here has a dog, maybe multiple! The dog park is nice, and friendly and the apartment complexes are mostly pet friendly. We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs. "St. Charles has always been my favorite place to live! you can walk safely for miles. The Katy trail and Main street are worth paying a little more to live within walking distance, but I will say the cost of living has started to really increase in the past 5 years in this area."
