Description
You can't find a beach property on the Central California coast for under half a million dollars! The motivated seller priced this property at a rock-bottom price. Escape the city life in a small community known as La Conchita, minutes from Santa Barbara. The location is ideal for fun in the sun and near the legendary surf spot, Rincon Point. This is your blank canvas - the opportunity to create your own beach retreat. The structure is built in the back of the property, allowing the possibility of parking an RV for AIR B&B enthusiasts. Due to the title discrepancy, we are looking for cash offers.

The weather is great and so are the beaches. The Avenue has great shops, restaurants, and gathering areas. Always lots of people to meet. I’d highly recommend checking out Ventura ! "

"The location is great. Central to many restaurants, bars and stores. It’s a bit noisy with the hospital near by - lots of ambulances and cop sirens. Not much of a neighborhood. I’ve lived on Catalina for 2 years and don’t know any neighbors. Wet few people come out of their homes and not very welcoming. "
