    "Raising a child in Boulder city feels like we are raising a child in a environment that we grew up in. Safe. Contained. Community oriented. Quaint. The high school kids play capture the flag around town during summer. That should be a good indication of how most of the Youth behaves. Maybe a little more innocent than Vegas kids.
