"Most under-rated neighborhood in Seattle is South Seattle. Everything between Mt Baker and Rainier Valley is excellent and the Othello and Columbia City areas in particular are booming and becoming great destinations on their own right. Add in one of the best parks in the area, water access, amazing views, and a huge amount of cultural diversity and you've got one of the best areas of Seattle."
