"Cars do drive fast down small streets but children do play in front yards. It's a quieter neghiborhood but it's friendly. I know 4 of my neighbors by 1st name and we look out for each other."

"Bad neighborhood to many gangs to may car jackings going on gang members in front of stores harassing people gun shots in the night time I work in this area at a senior living home and there’s so much activity at night we have to call the cops at least three times a month "

"Easy access to both 15 and 91 freeways. Approximately five miles to each. 10 miles to 60 freeway. 15 miles to 10 freeway. Easy access on and off. Building fast track on 15 to support traffic. "

"I enjoy hearing the sound of horses walking down my street each night. it's pretty neat. we're pretty close to Horse Town USA. there is not a lot places now adays that you can have live stock and horses. "

"I’ve lived here for 30 years. It’s a pleasant neighborhood. A lot of properties are an acre so we are not as near the neighbors as some other neighborhoods. "
