"I don't have kids but there are a lot of em around here. They all seem to be happy and joyful and wealthy. If I were a kid living or attending school I'd be stoked for the dope sammies and fancy delis to get healthy candy from. If I were a parent id be super into how safe and easy it is to get around"

"It’s quiet and there are lots of trees, good restaurants and views of the Hudson River. Its also hard to get to without taking a taxi or Uber and as a result, them streets aren’t overcrowded. On the weekends, you may even have an entire block to yourself. "
