"We have lived in Affton (Valcour & Bonnie) for over six years and have found the areas to be wonderful. Safe, clean, and family friendly. There a lots of friendly families with children, which makes a wonderful place to raise a family. Walking distance to schools, churches, and shopping too! Highly recommend! "

"My family and I have lived here for 6 years. The neighborhood is super safe (there are 8 St. Louis County Police Officers on my block alone). Everyone is very friendly walking by and the entire neighborhood feels like a park. There are a ton of conveniences nearby like gas stations and restaurants that are within walking distance (or about a minute car ride). This is a great neighborhood to start a family."
