"Easy access to HWY101 and HWY 1 is about 10 minutes away. there are near by cities ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. Such as Salinas, Watsonville, Gilroy, San Juan Bautista, and hollister. San Jose is about 40 to 45 minutes away. San Francisco is about 2 hours away. Normally traffic is light. It picks up on the weekend, for a holiday or when kids are back/out from school. "
