The only problem is a lot of kids are rude and some of the adults not All, don´t care about bullying. When you try to tell them they just try to end the conversation. "this is a mixed neighborhood with a lot of kids but there are some teenagers that are very well supervised. for the most part it is a safe neighborhood with but homeless people are scattered around. Some abandoned apartments are occupied by squatters. overall I would give it a 7 out of 10 "
