"This neighborhood has easy access to beltway 8 and 225... Traffic isn’t to bad in the morning but afternoon is a different story.. people run the red lights all the time. Theirs always an accident because no one around here RESPECTS the speed limit. Even the police speed down Pasadena Blvd. "

"mostly hispanic neighbors, half of them can only speak in broken English, but they are all very nice and helpful and non-judgmental. family values, parks, family owned taquerias, home owners really seem to be proud of their houses and put a lot of effort into upkeep and renovations (save for a few white trash homes!) "Dog owners would have enough backyard for their dogs. They also have lots of areas for walking their dogs outside if their houses. People here respect animals. Never seen anybody hurting animals on purpose, unless they are stupid enough to get into some danger to themselves. "
