And the parents are mostly to blame. But the school doesn't do anything about it. FULL OF BULLIES!! Drugs IN the school. Parents if you love your kids you will not set them up for this failure. "There are many children in neighborhood. Walking distance to High school. Neat and clean yards & lawns. At least 4 Churches of different denominations. Have our own website to talk to neighbors in south Bluefield for events, yard sales etc "

"I have visited relatives on Union Street several times a year. Neighbors seem quiet and light traffic on the street. Affordable housing. Some homes are nicer than others. The 500 Union house is well kept."
