3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSolid school that is being rebuilt! Unfortunately due to the high “diversity” Worcester schools rank a bit lower than the surrounding towns. Strip out the low achievers and you have solid students that consistently get into top colleges. Teachers are ok. Back when I attended, some of the teachers made class way too hard, but it seems as though things have improved significantly since I attended almost 10 years ago. As the older teaching staff retires, I’m sure things will continue to improve. The location is great! Located in the highly desirable west side area of Worcester.Other Review6mo ago - Forest Grove Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been happy with Midland. It's got a great neighborhood school feel with a strong community. Class size for my kid is larger than I'd like (low to mid 20s) but some class years have smaller sizes (teens). Love the morning assemblies outside where the kids do the pledge of allegiance and sing songs. The building is ancient and the playground is all-asphalt. The principal is strong and works hard to get and keep strong teachers.Parent Review9y ago - Chandler Magnet
