"For the most part the neighbor is quiet but it is the typical Fulton neighborhood: impoverished, industry that has long since deteriorated, landlords that do not maintain their properties, and a city government that can not enforce building codes "

"I've lived here for 4 years and its ok. there are a lot of fast food places, but not alot of good sit down restaurants. only 2 or 3 main grocery stores. there are some nice neighborhoods and decent schools"
