"This is a very quiet, family type area. Gubser Elementary School is top rated in all of Salem and Keizer. You couldn't ask for a better school district. The home is so very nice and I loved the size of the master and the room off of it. The backyard would have been perfect for my kids. Also having 2 living places/rooms would have been perfect for us. The familyroom for the kids and the living room for the adults. And the living area is separate from the bedrooms. I really loved this home. We were going to purchase this home but my husband was transferred unexpectantly. I think whoever buys this home will be a very happy camper."
